Refund policy

REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately due to the nature of the sale and limited number of original artworks, we do not accept returns or refunds of any purchase. We do offer store credit at our own discretion.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
All artworks are handled with the utmost care during the packaging process. And please note we triple check all artworks before they leave the warehouse, and therefore we are not liable for any damage that occurs during or after transport. 

CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order please email Lulumasidah.art@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchasing. We cannot promise any cancellations as all sales are final however we will do our best to support you where possible. 

EXCHANGES
Once artwork has been dispatched it can not be exchanged. However, if you place your order and change your mind on design, colours or size then we will be happy to discuss adjusting your order.
